February 2014 - Cultivating Self-Love with flower essences
In the month of February we turn our focus and attention to the healing energy of love. Strong and healthy self-love is central to achieving any manner of worldly success, as well as physical, emotional, and mental well being. Self-love is not something we need to acquire, it is something we need to remember, reclaim and practice on a daily basis. The following flower essences assist us in this practice. They help us accept all parts of ourselves, embrace our worthiness and magnificence, and support the process of releasing self judgment, criticism and feelings of failure or inadequacy. They also help us learn to cultivate personal affection, appreciation and gratitude for our uniqueness, and most importantly, open our hearts to the love that is available to us from other humans, nature and the Divine.
