Please note the following terms:
• We offer our products at a discount of 40% to individuals and businesses who sell our essences and related products directly to the public. These products must be sold in their original and unopened packaging. Kits must be sold as complete kits. Individual bottles must have shrink wraps intact and must be purchased from us individually and not removed from kits.
• The minimum initial wholesale order is $250.00. The minimum amount on subsequent orders is $100.00. Orders falling below this amount will be invoiced at retail prices.
• For payments we accept:
~ VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover. Your card will be charged the day the order is shipped. Paypal is an option too.
~ Checks payable to Alaskan Essences Inc.
• We normally ship orders via the US Postal Service (Priority Mail Express and Priority Mail), and FedEx (Overnight, 2Day, 3 Day Select, and Ground). Please call for more details.
• We guarantee replacement of any items damaged in shipping. We must be notified of the damage within 10 business days of your receipt of the order. We will also accept returns on items that are in resalable condition—bottles must have shrink bands intact, kit boxes and books must be undamaged. There will be a 10% restocking fee for all returned items that meet this criteria.
